I ordered based on some reviews i had saw, which according to a lot of the 1 star reviews were faked reviews. I haven't received my product at all, now past the expected "10 business day free shipping". Emailed support, got a small reply from Matt that someone would reach out but no one has. Tracking info that was sent to me states it is coming from China, and there is no advertisement of therm being based in china as they state they're out of the USA. I would like a refund for the order I placed and the order cancelled all in one. No number to contact for support and no care for their business. I sent multiple emails with no response. Cancel and refund my order immediately.

I ordered a set of bands over a month ago and nothing has arrived. I have emailed them a number of times yet have had no reply apart from one confirming changing my email address and the automated response emails. I used the tracking number I was given and the delivery company are unable to find the order. I have asked about the complaints procedure and for a refund and have still heard nothing. I am not very happy with the customer service or lack there of. UPDATE HomeProGym have got back to me and the situation seems to be in hand. Thanks for getting back to me.
