To be honest, I am really interested in your products, even there are some negative reviews that I read I will still order and try some of your products and your services. I hope that nothing bad happens.

I would highly reccoemend their Mini resistance band set Elasticity and material is really nice. It has become a significant piece for my homegym

I ordered my full home gym, it was supposed to arrive on the 4th of January, 2021 however the shipper undervalued my items so it was held up in customs. I STILL have not received my items and I have had 0 help from the seller. I have already been charged fully and have yet to even receive the product let alone use it. Very unimpressed.

Sketchy company. Please do not order from them. I am reading all of these terrible reviews online and instantly regretted my decision but cannot cancel my order. They will lure you in with a deal showing they sell an all inclusive deal with bands (280lbs), bar, and grips but this is false. These are all extra items I did not realize until I ordered. I am now expecting to pay extra fees (which they actually pre-emptively charged me as soon as I ordered) but expect to pay more with duty fees that shouldn't happen if it is shipped from Canada... Lesson learned on my end. Hopefully it shows up at least. Also their positive reviews are clearly bought. They are so terribly written. I really want to focus on anything that mentions their "customer service" which is non-existent. Just a page on their website which says "we got you and there's nothing you can do about it". I will call my credit card company and report them as a scam site to make sure I get my money back.

If you see an unfair business practice, please check out the Federal Trade Commission website. Review the HomeProGym refund policy CAREFULLY before you purchase. Once you made the payment, most likely you won't be getting your money back. I don’t trust the Five Star reviews; I think they are mostly fake. When you read those positive reviews, please pay attention to the time/date they were posted and the quality of those reviews. As far as I know, most of the positive reviews came from India, Brazil, Vietnam, Philippine and China. According to the tracking number, I realized that the item was dispatched from China. Based on their website (the About Us tab), "our products are shipped locally from the United States". This is misleading and unethical. **********I wonder where exactly are their warehouses located in USA and Hong Kong********** It is very difficult to get a hold of them and they don’t have a phone number that you can reach. I have emailed them multiple times. They either don’t respond or reply late. If they do reply to you, they replied with a very general, very polite and somewhat useless statement. It seems like they got the response already written, it there is a customer complaining about topics related to delay in delivery, they would just copy and paste that statement to you.

Such a dishonest company: I was looking to purchase resistance bands for my wife, and this ad popped up on Facebook. In the comments for the bands, Home Pro Gym themselves had made a comment about not being "your typical China dropship product". Naturally I got curious as to where they were manufactured, and dropped a comment asking that very question. Within a very short timespan I find myself blocked from being able to comment on their ads, or on their page. Obviously an uncomfortable question they didn't want to answer. It's also extremely obvious that their 5-star review spam on dec 23 are bought.

HomeProGym offers high quality equipments, accessories, and apparel. These products are really suited for people who are interested in doing physical activities in home. This is a trusted store and highly recommended.

The product has an affordable price however the quality of it is outstanding. Highly recommended.
