Matt from their support team is being unprofessional, regarding a clear fault on their side, i would advise strongly against buying from this company. Get your bands elsewhere, the hassle with this company is simply not worth it. I regret my purchase deeply, and wished i would just have picked any similar up on amazon or ebay.
