Everything went smoothly and very fast! They offer lots of help and are there to answer any questions. Had no issues during the whole process. I highly recommend using homelister and I ended up saving a substantial amount of money!

Homelister listed me on the mls for a fraction of the 2 1/2% a realtor would have charged to handle. I saved over $13,000.

Sold our home in 6 days and saved a ton of money by doing it ourselves (remodeling, cleaning, staging, open house, some repairs), which probably would have done anyway with a realtor. We purchased a $1,600 package but, would have been just fine with $600 one. Transaction was smooth, we communicated with the byer's agent directly with no problems. Would absolutely use again in the future.

I was introduced to Homelister by my brother, I couldn’t believe how easy it was to list my home on their website. The majority of realtors over exaggerate their work to justify their commission, and they tell you they deserve their hefty commission check at closing, but believe me they are way overpaid for the little work they do. I only paid $1700, that included listing on MLS (Redfin, Zillow, etc) property sign, professional photography, and I had full support of Homelister agent throughout the negotiation, and inspection list and all the other items for closing. I saved myself close to $12000! Homelister is the future of home-selling! Give them a try! You’ve got nothing to lose.

Sold my house in 2 days. The team that I had was phenomenal. I saved over $18,000 by doing it myself.

For what I wanted, which was exposure on the MLS, this service worked wonderfully. No sooner had Homelister activated the service than I started getting calls. If I had it to do over again I would use them again but opt for the additional service of them handling the paperwork. Because I did it myself I did miss out on a better deal.

HomeLister made the sale of my home super simple and hassle free. They provided a step by step process that anyone can follow. My home sold in 13 days once it was up on all the listing sites. For only $599 I had all the assistance I needed and saved a ton of money on top of it.

I couldn’t be happier! Not only was HomeLister super reasonable in price, the support I received was amazing! Saved SO MUCH money compared to selling with a realtor and I honestly don’t see where it was any more difficult - in many ways it was easier - at least for me. 100% recommend!
