Went Smooth but could have better hard to get anyone over the phone

The site was easy to use and I saved about $9000 and I allowed a buyer agent to bring in a buyer. Definitely glad I made this decision first day it hit the internet I had three showings and received a full price contract.

I am so incredibly glad that I discovered Homelister to sell my house. In this market, I knew it would sell fast so I didn't feel like I could justify the tens of thousands of dollars for a real estate agents commission when they would hardly have to do anything but listed on the MLS. Homelister gave me just enough support, and it was a seamless process. Everyone was incredibly professional. The value was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who is trying to sell a house right now and wants to save thousands of dollars in commissions.

Homelister were brilliant. Communication was easy and they were helpful throughout the process. Our home went live with beautiful photos taken by their agent and sold for above the asking price almost immediately. We were extremely happy with their service and recommended them.

I gave you 4 stars because no one or thing is perfect. I had a full price offer on my home 6 days after it was listed on MLS!
