Amazing service . Saved a ton of money with them

I was referred to Homelister by my daughter. Their website was easy to use, their photographer took amazing pictures. I placed a lockbox on my front door with the keys. I only had to accept or reject requests for showings on my cell phone. I didn’t even have to do any open houses. I am only paying a flat fee $1600. I received an offer in 10 days and I am able to save $15K worth of commission if I had an agent!!! You simply can’t beat that! I highly recommend them! HomeLister is the future of selling homes!

Using HomeLister is certainly the right choice for those that don’t need a lot of support. You show your own house, field calls, set up appointments, etc. I’ve used HomeLister twice, and the first time was 4.5 stars, but this was 3.0 stars. Why the difference? This time they failed to respond when I asked for a respond on the good faith estimate, and the pictures were not good. We actually had to hire a second photographer. But this is certainly the future for selling your home, especially if you are looking at $500,000 and up.

It was a pleasure working with the Homelister team. They were extremely responsive to any of my questions or concerns. The professional photographer did an incredible job of photographing our home and the materials that Homelister sent (flyer/open house signs etc) were all professionally done. This was the easiest, most pleasant home selling experience ever( and I have sold 4 homes)! It saved me tons of money by not having to pay a seller's agent. Took me a couple hours (tops) to measure rooms, upload pics & finish the details. Why pay a realtor 3-4% of your home's sale price for 2 hours of work? Homelister is a no-brainer to use & worth every penny of their low, low fee! What are you waiting for?
