#0825 store on youngsfield and 38th Ave. In wheatridge Co. I entered the store April 25 2026 at 2:30 pm. It was a mess and had roll out all over the store. I went to use the ladies room it was absolutely filthy. It had poo all over the rolls of toilet paper and toilet. Dirt paper towel all over the floor. A trash can was in the last stall 2/3 of the way filled with empty Vodka shooters (schmirnoff). I brought to the male manager he said he'd let the manager know. I ran into the manager and really she had know concern. Restrooms should be a priority. I have managed a store with the same concept for years, never did it look like this. Stop talking and hanging out with your employees eating pizza on the floor and do some work. Maybe that would help. Disappointed

I actually love shopping at HomeGoods for their great selection of unique and discounted decor. I would actually shop there more if they could stop putting their weird, overly sticky price tags directly on the merchandise. Those tags are purposely made to tear apart and not come off as one piece, but the adhesive is unnecessarily overly sticky. On top of that, for some reason, the employees put those annoying stickers on the worst parts of the merchandise like the fronts or tops, rather than on the manufacturer’s labels (that usually peel off easily) or the bottom of the product. I realize these are discount stores so with the mass quantity of stock they get it is difficult to keep the stores neat, but some locations are better than others. Same with the friendliness of the staff.

I bought a home and it was still getting painted. I happen to find two nice ShadowBox pictures at Home Goods. I put them up a few weeks later. I went to the store and came back. One had fallen off the wall and broke, glass everywhere. Also damaged my floor. I looked at the back of it because I thought it was something I done but the picture itself where the company put the brackets on to hang it broke. Not the bracket but the plastic on the picture it was put on. I called the store on Germantown and the manager was very rude and would not talk on the phone. She was relaying messages to an employee to tell me. That was very unprofessional. Do not buy those pictures. They are very heavy and the frame is cheap. I still like the store but I think I will shop more at At Home. I'm not gone be treated rudely afternI spent $200 on merchandise. Now I'm looking into my floor it has put a big gash in.
