The stores are nice and clean, however, I am tired of these companies selling products w/o labels telling you what chemicals they have. I have bought 3-5 casseroles and pots to return them before using them. Why? 100% of those casseroles/pots contained PTFE / PFOA and nothing within the label will show it. When you go to the website it says the Authentic Kitchen cookware are made with added PTFE. Also the plastic containers contained BPA. These companies don't give a crap about your health, they only want to make money money money. Will never buy another cookware product(s) from HomeGoods.

The warehouse is the issue you do the math test and drug test and pass then you wait on orientation then you get a email you didn't get the job doesn't make sense. They tell you wait on a email never get. They need a better communication why not call..

THIS CARD DROPPED MY CREDIT SCORE FROM 719 POINTS TO 684 POINTS. They couldn't find my address when I signed up in the store because we had just moved to a new build house and the post office had not received notice that the home was occupied, yet. I was told to use my old address and call and cancel the card when I left. Since I received no bill by mail, nor by email, although they have my email address, I remember to pay the bill about a month later. It turned out I remembered to pay it one day late, but the woman on the phone said there was no late fee charged, and I paid in full. I finally received correspondence in the mail from the credit card company saying I was past due for a late fee and interest on the late fee. I was able to get the woman on the phone this time to take off the late fee but not the interest charge. I just checked my credit and they also reported me to the credit bureau for being 30 days late. I don't even think it's legal for a cashier to give me legal/financial advice, so I guess that was my fault for listening to her. I hope she got a bonus for signing me up because at least something positive would have come from this crappy experience. Don't screw up your credit with this card that does nothing for you. Plus, Home Goods products are cheap, toxic, made in sweatshops, and overpriced. Shop local and support your local businesses!

I have being good to home goods for decades and because I have excellent eye vision, home goods is nothing bad garbage. Examples I bought 124 piece lenox plates totaling $4500 I took them home and I saw all around the design plates are different from each .what the warehouse does when making plates and they dont pass the inspection of the design due to many horrible design they send it to home goods. I returned all 124 pieces got all my money back and I ordered them directly from lenox company 124 pieces on sale for $ 700 . Home goods is a rip off and charges triple the price from original company. Another quick example. 6 scrub daddy sponge from home goods for 26 dollars lol I did not buy i bought them straight from the internet for 6 of them for 5 dollars lol. Never will I return to home goods again. Lol

#0825 store on youngsfield and 38th Ave. In wheatridge Co. I entered the store April 25 2026 at 2:30 pm. It was a mess and had roll out all over the store. I went to use the ladies room it was absolutely filthy. It had poo all over the rolls of toilet paper and toilet. Dirt paper towel all over the floor. A trash can was in the last stall 2/3 of the way filled with empty Vodka shooters (schmirnoff). I brought to the male manager he said he'd let the manager know. I ran into the manager and really she had know concern. Restrooms should be a priority. I have managed a store with the same concept for years, never did it look like this. Stop talking and hanging out with your employees eating pizza on the floor and do some work. Maybe that would help. Disappointed

The managers are so dry ( rude ) furniture was dirty and they would not budge on the price . Horrible

One of the Cashier Managers of Home Goods/TJMAXX named Judy is extremely rude and curt! I spend almost $1,000.00 a week (yes not a month but a week) and three of the Cashier’s are awesome. Kaitlyn and Mohamed. I think I am going to drive out of my way to go to another location. I live only 2.2 miles from the Allen location which is where I spend so much money but due to the rudeness of Judy and a cashier, I don’t think I will be shopping there anymore. Oh and the Manager on the Home Goods side named Jennifer is ABSOLUTELY awesome and a true “hard worker”. I love her to death. I will miss her a lot.
