I ordered 30 square feet of tile online. The very next day I received a call telling me that is was back ordered and that they were going to refund my money. That was strange as I was not even given an option to wait on the backorder. I then checked the site where I found the tile that I had ordered was no longer available and that all the same tile in the same family had their prices raised approximately 50 percent. It sure appears as if they did not want to honor the price which was initially good but now higher than other sites.

It was great, it arrived quickly and my contractor was able to keep working.

This company not only offered excellent pricing but their customer service is impeccable. We decided to increase the scope of our project and needed more tile. They contacted the manufacturer to verify the availability of product in the same lot to ensure the color would be a perfect match. Then on top of that they extended our coupon which gave us enough savings to pay for the shipping. We would not hesitate to recommend this website. Delivery was incredibly fast!

Bought 40 sq ft of Glazzio Glacier White 3 x 6 subway tile. Tile is beautiful. Clear glass, great white shade, no green or blue tint. Purchase was easy. Material in stock. Arrived by UPS within 5 days. No damage to any tiles.

Order fulfillment was excellent. Price was excellent. Some items cam damaged from the shipper. They processed the replacement order immediately and replaced damaged items quickly.
