amazing work

Although my order arrived damaged, they worked quickly to get everything replaced. As far as the customer service goes; absolutely 5 stars. They were very responsive and courteous, righting the situation quickly and efficiently. I only gave them 4 stars however, because the original order arrived from AZ very poorly packed, which resulted in every sheet of tile being damaged upon arrival. The replacements came directly from the manufacturer, and were packed much, much better.

Very good and useful

Second time purchasing from Home Decor AZ. Again great customer service and very fast delivery. The only issue this time was that a few of the tile pieces had some cracks on them. The packaging that was done the first time was exceptional. This time not so much

I needed some tiles in a hurry and they were in-stock and shipped right away. Helped me with a short time frame to get them. I appreciate your fast service.

very fast service and shipping

The tile I ordered was out of stock. I wish they had that information before the order went through, but they let me know the next day and refunded the order quickly.

The company has awesome products, I ordered them and they sent right away. I will use them again if I need to do some home remodeling.
