Beautiful tile. Love I.
I didn’t order enough tile for the job so I had to order more. The second batch was slightly different. The copper pieces were shiny where the first shipment had a more dull finish on the copper. We didn’t notice until we already started the job so had to go with it. I’m hoping I can find someone to take the shine off the copper pieces.

The tile were delivered very quickly. The tile have some of the tips broken off. The tile are a different color then the sample we were comparing and basing our order on. I plan on returning.

I’m grateful they had the tile I really wanted, it was simple but hard to find. However, the shipping has been ridiculously slow and there was zero tracking on the tile, so we could not plan on when to install. It was really frustrating.

2 orders 4 mosaic sheets, 5 cracked pieces. Solution was to send a 1/3 sheet and let me piece it back together. They also attempted to charge me to ship the replacement pieces. Refund would have been more acceptable as I have to spend additional time to match and replace small mosiac tiles. Shipping was much faster than expected and each person I spoke with was courteous.

Hi Gary, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We strive to deliver great customer service and apologize for your experience. Although we try to get an accurate picture of the tiles, there are times where different lot colors result in different color batches. We will forward this information to our manufacturer to ensure a better experience for our valuable customers. Thank you for giving us a chance, Cindy

Hi Kim, Thank you for your order and feedback. I apologize for the delay you have experienced. We try to process all orders within 1-2 business days. However, under special cases, there might be delays. Since the tiles you ordered were on a low count, we had to physically confirm the amount. This helps us ensure the correct quantity to be shipped to you. In the future, we will do our best to speed up this process and get the tiles shipped right away. Thank you, Cindy
