HomeDecor AZReviews of homedecoraz.com

HomeDecor AZ delivered the tile I ordered very fast and was exactly as described. I would definitely recommend them and order from them again.

I am so impressed with this company and its amazing employee, Sandy, I cannot begin to sing their praises high enough!! Two months after I ordered my tile, the contractors finally started on the project, only to find they were short a couple of pieces. I called and asked if they could possibly expedite the shipping for me, but I couldn't see paying more to ship it than the tile itself cost. Sandy, who is an absolute delight to talk with, said she would personally put it together for me, and it shouldn't take more than 3 days. I was very skeptical, but I thanked her and said I would be grateful for any extra speed she could arrange. Well, the tile came the evening of THE VERY NEXT DAY!! I was thrilled and flabbergasted!! (So was my contractor, since they had ordered the wrong floor tile from their supplier, and told me the reordered tile would take TWO WEEKS to arrive. I suggested they start using Home Décor AZ, too!!) Anyway, Home Décor AZ is a company that actually knows the meaning of customer service, which is a rarity these days. I only wish they could give lessons to a zillion other companies, who could care less whether their customers are right, happy, or jump in a lake. Kudos!! You guys will be my go-to source for all my future remodels/renovations. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Purchase was shipped quickly with zero issues.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Sandy in customer service made sure that we obtained deco tile from the same lot when we decided to expand the scope of our project and needed additional tile. Our shipment arrived very promptly resulting in the quick completion of our project. This is the third time we have done business with this company and it has always been a wonderful buying experience. We fully expect to go to the HomeDecorAZ website for any future home improvement projects.

I looked on several major sites for this tile. The other sites had a 2 week to 6 weeks waiting period to deliver the tile. I received the tile from Home Decor AZ in a week. The tile was beautifully packed in several layers of bubble wrap. I can’t wait to have it installed!

Fantastic communication with Sandy. Excellent.

Becca was great she went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Because of her I will definitely be back as a customer. Thanks Becca from the Fairview Heights Location

Good service and pricing!
