I have never experienced customer service this rude. I called in to check the order status 3 days after I placed the order and I was told to "call back in 10 days. Nobody will check the order status for you now." Then I asked how many days does the shipping typically take. I was again told "call back in 10 days". Then I asked whether the delivery people will help unpack and move the furniture to the room he said "of course not". The customer service is unbelievably rude and arrogant. He basically doesn't know how to talk to a human.

DO NOT ORDER Anything from this scam company! Believe all the other rotten reviews - they are 100% accurate! 4 months ago I ordered a $2300 entertainment center. According to Home Cinema Centers it was IN STOCK. When it was never delivered, I emailed them. No reply. So I called and the same RUDE guy (that other reviewers complained about) nastily told me I was on a list. When I asked for clarification he barked “No explanation needed” and hung up on me. This creep is still advertising the unit as being IN STOCK. So I contacted the manufacturer who said that the factory is closed and the Earliest the unit would ship is April, 2022 - a YEAR after I placed my order! Save yourself the misery and order from a reputable company - not this sham operation!

A joke of a company. Whoever the guy is who answers the phone is very rude. He would not allow me to get my question out. Keeps cutting me off and does not offer any solutions or answer my questions. I’ll never do business here again. What a joke.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Customer service on the 800 number was terrible. It was the same rude guy every time. I’m in the process of canceling an order now, which I couldn’t do over the phone, had to email them. Their website gave me wildly inaccurate info on item availability after calling the furniture company directly (Parker House). I have never experienced customer service like this before. Luckily I was able to get the order cancelled.

DONT! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER LFROM THIS COMPANY ON LINE! I recently ordered a dining room set from the HCC website for $1128.49. I received an email 6 days later stating that my order was cancelled due to it being on back order. was told I would be refunded the money but was NOT! when I called the number on the site it was connected to a personal cell phone the guy referred me to the website. so I called again the next day and requested to speak to a manager when he asked me the subject of the call i told him it was about my refund for a cancelled order he hung up. I called back thinking we were disconnected and he got rude and hung up again! I went to my bank were I have records of him taking the money and they are now investigating the THEFT! I will not stop until I get every penny back! If you are thinking about ordering from this site please beware that the POS that runs this company is a con man who is under investigation!

It was a horrible experience. Specially the customer service, is so disrespectful, talk to you like you are a thrush, very rude person. It was an order of 3500$ and he don’t want to answer just simple questions, all he said is that you will be update in two days. I told him I can’t hear you sr, he answered, I think you heard me. goodbye.and after that he did the same thing to my husband 😢. I hate that day I was happy for buying new bedroom but he destroyed my happiness with his rudeness. Than he kept picking phone and saying please hold and leave us waiting with no answer. After all this, we received message that our items was canceled , but I was happy to get my money back and get my bedroom from respectueuse store.

Placed order on 5/11/21, website said "usually ships within 2-3 business days". A few days later I left a message with customer service as I had not seen a shipping notification and this was a time-sensitive order. I received no call back and called back on Monday 5/17. The representative answering told me "Please allow for 10 business days to reflect the status of your order online." When I replied that it was supposed to ship within 2-3 days of placing the order he simply repeated the same sentence and hung up on me. I was dumbfounded and alerted that this is not normal customer service. So I did my research and see it's a theme with this company. Today I went in to check on my order and noticed that the item that is still listed on their website to ship in 2-3 days is on backorder with an expected ship date 6-7 weeks from now. I called back to cancel the order, got the same rep with a disgusting attitude. When I politely declared that i needed to cancel my order, I got a sarcastic "GREAT! You need to do that via email" response." I can honestly say I have never dealt with a person like this representing a business. I did cancel the order via email, got a one word reply back to that communication and am not sure I'll ever see my $700 refund. This ruined a birthday gift for me and caused a lot of frustration. They should be investigated. And I hope that customer service rep finds help and a different job. He needs it.

Horrible!! Horrible!! Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Placed an order from this place because of their claim to process oder within 2 days. It’s been about a week now and status says “processing.” I called to find out what’s going on and a VERY RUDE man told me he can’t tell me what the status is. He said to call back in two day. I asked if there was someone who knew what the status was and he shouted “I just told you I don’t know” and hung up the phone on me. Omg...I’ve never had such rude customer service in all my life. I called back and he sent me to voicemail. I called back a third time and he shouted “just send in a cancellation letter.” I emailed a cancellation letter. SMH...These people are just HORRIBLE!! PLEASE DON’T BE FOOLED. STAY AWAY
