We ordered some couches, and before we ordered them we were told it would be two weeks to have them delivered. I dont know if we misunderstood, or what, but it was two weeks to process the order, then another 2 weeks in transportation. Plan on it taking a while to get anything

I ordered a sofa set. It came in 2 weeks as indicated the lead time on the item. Shipping was as quick and professionally handled. I got phone calls and notifications from the shipping company updating the status of my shipping as it goes a long as well as the scheduling time of delivery. They were on time and very courteous. Anne at HomeCinemaCenter has been very supportive to me with my questions and updating status of my order. I got an excellent experience for this order. Will definitely come back!
