We have had a great service experience with Dulce. She has always been quick to respond and we greatly appreciate that! We ordered two ceiling fans and now are needing two remotes that are being shipped to us. Thank you!!

Even though it took a while to get here, it was well worth the wait! Awesome craftsmanship. My friends and family were amazed at the beauty of the chandelier. Going to have to get a new dining table to match the elegance! (I'm guessing when I bought it because I can't remember. It was around then. My brain is old and cranky and doesn't go back that far! lol)
