HomebaaReviews of homebaa.com

After difficulty early on in pinning down a realistic delivery window, customer service properly handled my concerns and navigated the delivery from overseas here while providing a refund for any inconvenience. Once delivered, the products are excellent!

I rarely leave reviews, but this company absolutely deserves one. The breakfast bar and chairs took a little longer than I originally expected, but the moment everything arrived, I completely understood why. The level of care they put into packaging was honestly some of the best I’ve ever seen from any company I’ve ordered from. Every piece was protected perfectly and packed with incredible attention to detail. The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. You can immediately tell this is real handmade quality work — not mass-produced furniture. The wood is stunning, the finish is excellent, and everything feels extremely solid and structurally sound. The bar stools are especially impressive — sturdy, comfortable, and built to last. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a company that still takes this much pride in their product and customer experience. From the quality of the materials to the care in shipping and packaging, you can tell these people genuinely care about what they build. If you’re thinking about ordering from them, do it. The wait was 100% worth it, and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. Absolutely beautiful work.

This is a very good company with very good and beautiful products. I recomend it to everyone.

Customer service has been very responsive and answered my questions precisely. That stands out to me, but the real difference has been the pricing on their site. I was able to find what I needed at a steep discount over other vendors, that's great value.

Highly recommend Homebaa! Professional team, great communication, and excellent service from start to finish. They were reliable, fast, and paid attention to every detail. Very satisfied with the quality of work and overall experience. Definitely a company you can trust!

I ordered a dining set from Homebaa.com on February 8, 2026. I received the table on March 30, 2026, which took 50 days from order to delivery. I received the chairs on April 8, 2026, which took 59 days from order to delivery. I live on the West Coast of the United States. The furniture is of good quality for the price and I am enjoying the dining set. I bought it mostly because I could not find a comparable dining set that was as stylish at this price point elsewhere. All of these items arrived intact. The customer service was responsive. I was initially worried because I was not sure when I would receive the items. However, I did buy the items fully understanding that they are shipped by boat from China and that they can take up to two months to receive. Their tracking system is actually quite good and I was able to see updates regularly. If you don’t need your items fast, and are willing to wait up to two months for standard shipping, then homebaa.com is a viable vendor for stylish pieces at lower prices. If you are expecting Wayfair shipping times, then look elsewhere.

Customer service was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful, and the product selection made it easy to find exactly what I needed. The item I received matched expectations in quality and description, and the whole process felt smooth and reliable. I’d definitely recommend this company and would shop with them again.

I had an installation question about the lights we had bought, and friendly customer service was very quick to respond. The lights are very attractive and stylish, and quite economical. I plan on buying more of their pendant lights for my new home, so we can be very cutting edge, but stay within our budget. These are a sleek Bauhaus-esque design, and we are thoroughly happy. A+
