I got the Charlie Brown-inspired couple ornament and it turned out really well. The receivers instantly realized it was them on the ornament. Only reason ranking was 4 stars instead of 5 is the tracking process was questionable. It was not consistently updated, and I never received notifications closer to the actual delivery to be able to make plans to receive it. Fortunately no porch pirates got a hand on it, though the lack of communication regarding the ETA was concerning.

I ordered the hand in hand ornaments for each of our 3 kids and their partners. They were the biggest hit at Christmas. Utterly adorable! I was able to make them spot on in appearance any everyone loved them! My only suggestion to the manufacture is why so many sad and angry faces to choose from? I would think those are not very popular for this kind of gift. More happy and silly facial expressions please!! I will absolutely order again!

The ornament was exactly as described with vibrant colors, nice graphics and wonderful quality!

Perfectly, as stated. Clear, crisp picture. My grandkids loved them.

Never received my order. Order was placed on November 27th, today is December 29th. Will be contacting my credit card company to dispute payment.

I ordered and received my custom Grinch Fireman ornament quickly and in time for Christmas. It was exactly as described with the customization I asked for. Great price for this durable ornament. Would order from them again.

Never got it. Emailed support and never heard back. Ordered 11/30 and is now 12/29. Emailed 12/18. Be warned

My husband loved the Peanuts themed ornament. I gave it as a Christmas gift. Would recommend!
