I loved that I was able to design the ornament by picking clothing and facial expressions. The ornament was available in different sizes. The ornament colors and lineart are vibrant and precise. Shipping took a little longer than I had hoped, but well worth the wait! Will order again from this company.

I had a custom ornament made for a Christmas present. The item arrived on time, and looked just like the preview on the website. I liked the amount of options for customization and my dad was very happy with the gift!

The ads gives the illusion of a 3D ornament. It is NOT a 3D ornament! It is on a piece of acrylic. It is still a cute ornament and the pontoon matches perfectly. Our friends loved it. Shipping took a very long time

My personalized ornament went to an old address that automatically filled despite me entering it in manually. When I inquired about reshipping I was informed the company had not made an error and they would reship the ornament for an additional cost. I was so excited to get this ornament to give as a gift to a new family member only to be disappointed with the customer service and no have the gift to give.

It was perfect! My boyfriend loved his gift, it was cutest thing I’ve ever purchased!

This was a gift for my daughter, she truly loved it. I had given a wrong address on the delivery and reached out to them, they followed up immediately and fixed my mistake. Very good customer service. No issues.

Ordered a customized pontoon Christmas ornament at the last minute, and it was delivered less than a week later, exactly as designed on the website. High quality and very well done. Very satisfied!

Great product. Image is very clear and has held up very well. Sweatshirt is very comfortable also and fits nicely.
