The unit comes triple-boxed for safety, which was appreciated. When I found a deep scratch on one side of my unit, I sent a photo to customer service, and they had a new unit shipped to me immediately, no further questions asked. I'd definitely buy from H&H again. It'll give me an excuse to buy more knives...

I have made multiple purchases for personal use as well as gifts for family, friends, and business acquaintances. The H&H quality and workmanship is exceptional. However, H&H's customer service division is even better. Quick to respond, quick to find a resolution-I could only wish my own business organization would take this type of ownership for their customer service issues.

I absolutely LOVE the quality of the challenge coin case AND the packaging. It looks and feels luxurious. Nothing could improve this product. Now I wish I had invested in the larger version.

Holme and Hadfield products are great. I love the armory case for my pocket knives. It's solid, great display holder and the drawer below offers additional storage. Second, how you box and ship materials is awesome. I like how secure it is and when you unbox it the presentation is amazing.
