From the overall product to the customer service, this business is amazing. I made a mistake during my order and they were quick to help me. Because it was an error on my part I expected to pay for the personalized item but instead the company went above and beyond and sent me one. Not only did they help mitigate my issue, but they were so nice about it. The coin box is the perfect gift. My husband was so happy. The quality and presentation of coins looks so nice on his desk! We will definitely be buying more items in the near future!

I wanted to upgrade my Armada case with the hinged cover on the pro series. After emailing the company I received a response within hours. Highly unusual to have an answer so quickly. I had the sense my request wasn't typical but they told me they could certainly send a new cover. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised! I had the pleasure to meet Ian and Phil at Blade Show 2025. They were super nice and professional. Great guys! I hope you continue to succeed in your business. Great products and great service.
