The quality of my purse my son and girlfriend got me for Christmas is beautiful and well made . They gifted me a $40 gift card that I bought my beautiful Bible cover with. So it didn’t cost me but $26. I just received it today and it is exceptional in quality and beautiful!!

Helpful Customer Service
Customer service was very helpful in finding my delayed bag. They answered immediately and got the ball rolling so that I got my bag today. My bag is a little larger than I thought it would be. The pattern (sunflowers and scripture) is beautiful. The handles are sturdy. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Easy Transaction
The ease of the order process and the beautiful bag was loved as a Valentine's Day gift. The communication and correspondence were exceptional (perhaps even excess) but always kept me current on the progress. Excellent follow up through this transaction.

I placed an order over 3 months ago
I placed an order over 3 months ago. They sad it was in transit. My money was taken out of my account within seconds of placing the order. I never received the order. I asked for either a refund or the order actually being shipped but nothing as of yet. I confirmed my address with customer support and they assured me my order would be shipped ASAP. I still haven't received anything as of yet. Now I'm asking for my money back because I believe I will never get this order. I will report this to the better business bureau if nothing is resolved soon.
