I love my medium leather bag w/ strap
I love my medium leather bag w/ strap. I use it to carry my Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) materials to our weekly meetings. It shows my name along with Christ’s words to bring strength to those who choose to read it. The craftsmanship is lovely.

Gorgeous design yet Functional
I am thoroughly impressed with the design of the handbag I received yesterday; it showcases exquisite craftsmanship and thoughtful attention to detail. The color, texture, and overall style truly resonate with my personal taste, and I can tell that a lot of hard work went into creating such a beautiful piece. Regarding the wallet, I’m eagerly anticipating its arrival. However, I would like to suggest incorporating RFID protection in the wallet's design if it's feasible. This feature would enhance security by preventing unauthorized access to the sensitive information stored on credit and debit cards, thereby safeguarding users from potential identity theft and fraud.

Surprise Blessing
I ordered a bag as a surprise for a sick Aunt Shirley. Unfortunately, the bag never arrived. I emailed Jennifer a company rep very upset and she took over immediately in the resolution of my issue. She researched and could not track the bag, so promised me a new one. My Aunt had received the new bag and sang praises of joy regarding the quality and craftsmanship. She also loves its a Christian oriented company and her personalized name and scripture. Thank you Jennifer, you are a definite asset to Holistic Bags. Highly recommend this blessed annd professionally run organization. Aña Washington

Customer service
I had ordered 2 items. I received one with no issue. The second was lost in transit. Your customer service was understanding and helpful in getting a replacement to me. I would recommend your company and would order again. Things can happen when ordering by mail so your having a great customer service is what made the delay in getting my second item not an issue.

10/10 Would Recommend…
Customer service was great and responded back to assist with my concerns in a timely manner whenever I reached out with questions during the decision making and shipping processes. When my leather bags and matching wallets finally arrived everything was all carefully packaged and BEAUTIFULLY crafted. This company really pays attention to detail, and it may take a minute to receive your items, but it's because they are taking great care in making sure everything comes out right. I could not be happier with my purchases and I would definitely recommend Holistic Bags to a friend! Oh and I did because one of the bags I purchased was for a friend of mine! :)
