Got my 2nd bag today that was free and absolutely love it. I can do all things through Christ. My favorite verse. And to add to the details I love butterflies!

Beautiful bags
Love the bags and that they stand up. They look beautiful! I did not like waiting for delivery—it was a good 3 weeks+. But I will enjoy carrying this bag, and my sister loved hers as my gift to her. Every time she looks at it, she will be reminded to Be Strong & Courageous. And she knows Who to go to for help when she feels weak in those areas! Thank you, Elaine, for providing the avenue to encourage her this way.

We believe that every bag can carry a special message, and we’re honored that it serves as a reminder for her to be strong and courageous. Thanks again for your support, and we look forward to serving you in the future! 😊

Customer Service is Non-Existent
It is very frustrating to me that I cannot call a customer service representative about my order!! I thought the adjustable straps and the zipper closures were "standard" on the bags. I didn't click that button when ordering, and now I can't fix my order! The email I received and the website says that if you have any questions or problems to email them. Well, I have emailed several times and have not heard back yet. I don't care about paying extra. I just want to modify my order! These are Christmas gifts, and I don't think that who I'm giving them to will use them if they don't have a zipper to close them. ☹️ Terrible customer service! Actually, it seems there is NO customer service! ☹️☹️☹️ ------ I did finally receive a reply back via email and was able to add what I needed to my order. We'll see when they arrive... I appreciate being able to modify my order, but it really is nerve-wracking not having a phone number to call! Thank you, Holistic Bags!

Elaine is great about giving frequent updates. My new handbag is beautiful and nicely handcrafted. I debated on which size bag to purchase and am so glad I chose the medium size bag. It fits my regular size bible perfectly and I also have room for a study guide book. I even have a leather cover on my bible and it all fits perfectly. I would definitely order again!
