My fiancé loves the bags I bought her. They look great! My only issue was the shipping time. I ordered the bags on November 28th and they didn't arrive until after January 5th. Too late for Christmas, but better late than never. If ordering again I would just have to account for the long shipping times and tge fact that they have to go through customs.
Response from HolisticBagsJan 14, 2025
Dear Jeffrey, Thank you for your feedback! We're so happy to hear that your fiancé loves the bags, and we sincerely apologize for the shipping delay. We understand the frustration, especially around the holidays. As our products are custom-made, they do take time to process, and sometimes international shipping and customs can lead to longer delivery times. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you again in the future. Thank you for your patience, and we’ll work hard to ensure smoother delivery for your next order!

I love the leather bag & wallet that I had personalized with my name. They did take a while to arrive (during holidays), so plan for that. My second bag I am still waiting to arrive (a gift for my daughter).

The bag is beautiful, but took over a month to get here. It comes from China, which is not disclosed. After the order sitting in Chicago for 2 weeks, I tried contacting the company to see what was going on. No response. I will not be ordering from this company again. You would think that being a Christian company, they would be more transparent and have better customer service.

Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so that we can assist you further and address your concerns. We genuinely appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services. Delivery time is something to keep and eye on, especially if it's a gift. But I will say, once the finished product arrives, you'll agree that it was worth the wait. The craftsmanship and personal touches made this the perfect Christmas gift for my wife.

The purse arrived and my daughter’s reaction was, “ah mom, it’s so nice.” She loved the color and when she read the scripture, “She is more precious than rubies”, I stated, yes, you are! The only thing she mentioned was the clasp to close it was too small and might be an issue to close. She would’ve rather had a zipper. Other than that, it was a beautiful bag. I can see how it took time for completion. Thank you!

The bag took a while to finally arrive. The wait was worth it though. It is beautiful and my wife loves it. Everything looks great about it and looks like quality materials were used and craftsmanship to put it together. Can’t say enough good about it. Thank you so much.
