Terrible experience with Holiday Isle property and we will never stay at a property managed by them ever again. Check in is not until 5pm which is outrageous! The office closes at 5 so one is forced to drive to the home location to pick up the keys. By the time we finally receieved the keys to our property we arrive and try to open the door and realized we were given the wrong keys! We had to call the emergency number and we were offered no explications and or apologies. We had to wait 30 minutes and drive back to Holiday Isle to pick up the correct key. Terrible terrible terrible experience. The property we stayed at was filthy and so poorly cared for.

We had a great time at the Inlet Reef, so much so we are working on our stay for next year already. We had one problem with the dryer in our room, I called service and someone was there very quickly. They had to order a new timer for it, but he set it up so it could be used until the new part came in which was two days. I thought that was pretty darn good!! We have stayed here 5 times and will continue to do so, we have always had a great time here. The staff is friendly and helpful and the place is very well maintained. Can’t wait till next year!! Oh yeah and we’re right on the beach and close to everything.

The property was nice and clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We are definitely coming back!

We were so pleased we plan to use them again....the service they provide and the timeliness with which they handled any question/concern was awesome!

Everything was nice and easy.

I would return. First vacation with grandkids and they had a blasts. Beach service was excellent.

Easy check in and out, friendly staff! Gave my nephew a bucket with little toys that he loved. Definitely recommend
