Seacrest Okaloosa
We have stayed at Seacrest for at least one week in the fall every year for the past 12. This year was the least pleasant. I don’t think it’s a dealbreaker for us as far as Seacrest is concerned, but we will not rebook the same room (unless things have changed, I believe the condos are owned by different people/companies). A pair of underwear that did not belong to us was found in the condo. Only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for nearly 6 days. No paper products other than the three rolls of toilet paper (including facial tissue). Common bathroom sink did not drain. Dryer had to be run twice each time, even when it was not a full load. And we were unable to used timed drying at any time. We left a bag there (our fault), but when we called about it, the cleaning service never found it. It is entirely possible that it was accidentally left in the loading area and taken by some random thief, but we can’t take that chance. That’s why we will not stay in 509 again.
