Update Aug 9, 2026 : this has been resolved - the prescription was sent to my local pharmacy and I was able to get the medicine. But I paid for the telehealth visit on Aug 1 and only got my medicine after a complaint on Aug 7. So it took a long time, considering that it was an urgent issue for me. Besides that I originally paid for telehealth visit + medicine. The doctor prescribed and sent it to my local pharmacy instead of online pharmacy . And the fact that the medicine was included in my original order was conveniently forgotten . No big deal . (Local pharmacy is faster for me) . Just weird . Anyway - it’s resolved now. Original review: I paid for the online doctor’s visit and for prescription from online pharmacy up front - but didn’t receive any medicine. The provider said that they sent the prescription to Wallgreens, but Wallgreens doesn’t have any record of it . And the online pharmacy never mailed anything to me either . Contacted them few times - but they just stopped replying. STAY AWAY !

Its been 3 weeks and no provider has contacted me although they took the money out right away, have tried contacting support and waiting room with no reply.
