I had a fantastic experience with HLTHi and wanted to share. As someone living in Florida, I was a bit skeptical about using a telemedicine service for the first time—but HLTHi truly exceeded my expectations. I was seen in about 15 minutes, which was incredibly convenient. The entire process—from signing up to the consultation—was smooth and easy to follow. What stood out the most was how fairly and respectfully I was treated. The provider really listened, showed genuine care, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. In a world where good service can be hard to find, HLTHi made getting medical help stress-free and fast. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

They took $45 and the supposed appointment never took place. Scam!

Doctor seems very educated and was helpful and quick. Did not expect this through an online platform as many in the past are automated!
