Great customer service and product quality. I bought my HiZoo few months ago because I have a job that forces me to sit on a chair for long periods of time and, because of that, I had issues with my neck in the past. Lately, the issues were starting to come back and that’s when I decided to give HiZoo a try. They have a 30 days free returns window, so I thought why not? No need to say that I didn’t return it back. I’m still using it to this day and I’m loving it. It really helps a lot relaxing the muscles in my neck and another key benefit is the lymphatic drainage, which it really works like they say. Overall, the company has always been very professional and every time I reached out to them for support, they always responded right away and were kind and most important they always answered my inquiry or resolved my problems. I definitely feel strongly positive about this company.

This product gave me wounds on both sides of my neck. I used it 2X, once for less than 1 minute. Gave it a recharge and tried again, on the gentlest setting, with a light hoodie on, for less than 10 minutes, I felt it was irritating my skin, stopped it. Then saw that I had 2, wounds, broken skin, injuries on either side of my neck. They took a few weeks to heal and were quite painful. When I contacted the company and sent pictures, they never took any accoutability for sending me a product that was defective, I was refunded the purchase price after being told I had to return the product within 3 busines days otherwise I would be charged restocking fees, other fees. So, I was refunded in large part but not entirely. This product is NOT READY FOR MARKET - and neither is their team. I was sent a document showing proper placement (and I was using the device corretcly), was told it would be helpful to have a barrier between my skin and the device (I did) but why isn't that in the directions when you receive the device. Why did this particular device make it off the assembly line and into my home? They have more work to do before putting this on the market.

Wanted to love this but it was too rough for my neck on lowest setting-Ok no ones fault- So, I trIed to return it as there is clearly stated a 30 day return policy-not stated till you look further: with money deducted after 5 days , more and more as time goes on , and they run the clock out ....all my emails bounced back when I tried to return it - I received it on 6/12/26 and I sent first email to wrong email on 6/15 (.com instead of .co )-but retried on 6/16 , 6/17 and 6/18- ( the alleged correct email this time) I tried calling and went right to VM- Left a DM ,direct message on Facebook yesterday - no reply -- -I am a pretty patient person and avoid conflict as a rule- but this was too much. Very disappointed in the product, the customer service, or lack there of, and the lack of customer communication or user friendliness of the return policy. IMPORTANT ADDENDUM**** The support team did finally reach out to me around June 20 and handled the problem - the staff was helpful and the return is in progress- should arrive today- and the refund hopefully will go well. But when I was able to communicate with the right people , they were very helpful and kind and I apologize for having been upset. I upgraded from 1 to 3 starts today and as soon as I see how the return pans out I will upgrade to 4 stars, hopefully !

Great help-problem solved

I bought the neck massager based on an Instagram ad promising to reduce facial puffiness or some such. That’s not why I bought it. I bought it because it looked like it would loosen up my tight neck and give me more range of motion. It worked amazingly well! I adjust the positioning to get my neck, or my shoulders, or between my shoulder blades. The heat is very nice. My brother liked it a lot, too, so I got one for him. Sometimes it can be a little scratchy, and unfortunately it won’t run while it’s charging. Some people who have tried it don’t care for it; but I assume it’s because of their inferior neck-shoulder size and proportionality. I’d like to see a cheaper, battery-free version. Over all, I’ve found it to be an excellent product and well worth the money.

I was experiencing some discomfort when I first tried the massager, I reached out and they guided me in how to resolve it right away and now I love my massager!

Cancellation ignored, no refund after 3.5 weeks - feels like a scam I purchased through an ad and ended up changing my mind soon after. I emailed to cancel within 5 minutes of ordering, before it had even shipped. I followed up again the next day. Both requests were ignored and the item was sent anyway. The product itself is extremely painful to use and does not fit my neck properly. It is all influencer marketing. The company advertises a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, but after 3.5 weeks of follow-up I still have not received any refund details or meaningful response. A guarantee means nothing if the company doesn't honor it. I'd caution against purchasing…does not feel like a legitimate business practice.
