The decompression massage device is working as advertised. I did have an issue with the first one I received but Jack, with customer support, was quick to reply, and sent me a label to send it back for free, and then they sent me a new one, which has worked perfectly. And then Jack helped me with uploading my video for the review as well. I think the company is dedicated to making sure you are happy with the product.

If I could give this, no stars I would. Paid way too much money for a copycat unit. I could’ve got for cheap on Amazon. Stupid thing quit working a couple weeks after receiving it. They requested video proof, etc. which I sent. They then said they approved the return under the warranty. I shipped it back. They received it.“Said they were re-shipping “but only sent a tracking number for the original shipment. When confronted they said take it up with USPS. No secondary shipment was made and now it’s up to me to try and dispute it through my credit card company. Want to make sure no one else makes the same mistake. This is why I shy away from buying cheap Internet shit. This company is a scam. Update and reply to house response. I have tried to contact you multiple times. You have not resent anything it’s consistently just we’re looking into it blah blah blah. I’ve actually sent you proof that you have had the supposedly replacement shipment back in your possession since the 20th!! I sent you proof of it and still have not received any new shipment nor my money back. Nice try.

I'm so glad I made this purchase. I wasn't sure if it would be strong enough but it was almost too strong at the beginning. It has really help relieve my neck and shoulder pain. I've been struggling with this for over 9 years. The heat is great on the Hizoo as well!

Hizoo provides great relief to tired neck and shoulders. I use it twice a day - in the mid day and at night. It also provides some mental relief when I feel that my brain is overworked. Hizoo became a part of my daily routine of selfcare.

The HiZoo was not a good device for me. However, the customer service for my return was very good, hence the 3 star rating.

I love the product and the results it provides! So thankful to have found this. I find the price point comfortable especially when compared to daily massages!!! And it truly works - I would and do highly recommend it!
