Product arrived in a very timely basis. My request for assistance was responded to promptly. My concerns or issues with your company. I understand that you want to encourage your customer to get the best from your product, but your return policy deducts money from the customer when they hold onto the product longer. So my attempt to have your product work for me actually was my loss your gain. I feel like you have a great product. But the design is what is the problem. It does not allow it to sit on your neck and back with ease and comfort. Maybe a possible redesign could make it better. I noticed in the video you sent me that even the Dr using the HiZoonstruggled to get it sitting comfortably on his neck and back. There was an arch in his lower back when he got it to the proper spot. Not comfortable for anyone with pain and back issues. I’m 72, my daughter is 46, and we both found the same issues with intensity and adjustment. .

Customer service was outstanding in my experience. Unfortunately I needed to return the massager due to it causing some friction burns on my neck. I loved the massage on my upper back and neck, but the delicate skin below my ears didn't agree. I notified customer service and they offered some great ideas on how to work around the problem (putting a towel or material between the machine and my neck, video of proper placement, etc.). I tried everything, but still had some issues, so decided to return it. They understood and emailed a return label the next day. I think it's an excellent product for the right person.

I ordered the HiZoo massager back in mid-February. I used the product for about a week and had to return it. Nothing was wrong with the equipment. My body didn't respond the way I had hoped. They were great in responding to my request and emailing me a shipping label. However, I never received the refund. I emailed back and explained the timeline. Customer service was great in responding and handling my refund as promised. There was a delay, and customer service kept me informed and up to date, communicating every step of the way. So while I didn't keep the product, the customer service was great, which is why I gave it 4/5.

The product is great as long as you use it with a pillow case or some kind of barrier. I had literal skin breakdown because of it. Angelica from customer service was wonderful and responsive. Overall, I love the product and got the support I needed.

i really like mine. the heat setting is awesome and it’s a great amount of pressure. it would be cool if they had adjustable options for the size of neck- it’s too tight on my boyfriend perfect for me
