Trustpilot. You put your name on this product! I trusted it. I then end up with what appears to be a product from a Scam ! Hizoo relief ?!? Pickle recovery?!? What the heck? Be watchful. I’m now trying to get my bank to help. They won’t send a Return label. It quit working completely after 3 days. Won’t charge at all.

This massager actually caused discomfort instead of relief. The massage nodes are hard, rigid plastic covered by a thin layer of polyester, so they dig painfully into your body rather than providing a soothing massage. The only positive thing about buying the HiZoo massager was the lesson it taught me: stop buying absolute junk just because it looks amazing in social media reels. To make matters worse, if you want to return it, you have to have a back-and-forth negotiation and convince them. They will tell you you're responsible for a $15 return shipping fee. And after/if you agree, they will tell you they have to "escalate" your return request and you have to wait. Now it's a part-time job making a simple return that they claim will be easy when they sell the product to you. I wish I had saved my money.

She was remarkably diligent with her responses, extremely prompt in her communication, and showed a genuine willingness to help at every turn. Excellent customer service! Justin helped me out with some concerns and followed-up consistently until my concerns were remedied. Very refreshing!

Insane return policy. If you forget to return the paper card they will charge you. If you take more than 5 days to return they will charge you. When you initiate a return they take days to approve the return but insist that you return immediately to avoid a $100 fee. This product hurt my head/ didn't fit my neck and was a total scam. The return process is full of extra fees and unnecessary emails.

It simply does not fit all neck sizes, but if you do not return it in 30 days they have a restocking fee that quickly escalates to the full price. They also stall you over several emails by refusing to give you return instructions, etc. It is clearly a scam to keep your money. I'm now over the 30 days because I've exchanged about seven emails with them. This time I mentioned the Better Business Bureau so hopefully they will respond to this but at this point I'm planning on just losing this money and having a product I can't use. I guess I'll donate it.

This product has helped my back and neck tremendously. Danielle was extremely helpful and very prompt in her responses. Would highly recommend this product. Not only is the product awesome the customer service was top notch.

HORRIBLE - my husband ordered for his neck used 1x - left scrape on neck and keep emailing to return and they will not provide me with the return label as their system is down. This is a SCAM - product injured my husband's neck and am being given a hard time to get the return label. DO NOT PURCHASE
