The neck massager doesn't adjust to neck width. I could not feel the massage in the neck area. Upon returning the item, one is responsable for shipping costs.

This company is a complete scam. The “studies” they link to on their sales page do not show the results they claim on the page. For example, they claim that the heat they use is because of a particular study done, but if you read the study linked to, it actually says heat was found not to have any effect on people with lymph issues - “Heat, as an adjuvant form of treatment, did not demonstrate any synergic effects in the immediate post-treatment period of volume reduction in limbs affected by lymphedema or normal limbs.” They refer to another study at the Cleveland Clinic, but the link doesn’t go to any study results, just a description of what Lymphatic Drainage Massage Is and no mention of a study with 157 participants. They dress up their page with claimed scientific evidence, but if you go to the links you will see it is all a scam. And apparently if you look at other 1-star reviews below, many people either don’t receive their product at all, or if they do and want to return it per the company’s stated guarantee, you have to pay the shipping and fees to send it back to China.

The Hizoo massager smelled like sweat.

I didn’t realize this was being shipped from China and was impossible to track. When it finally arrived it smelled terrible. I wiped it down and washed the cover but ended up having to throw out the cover because the chemical smell won’t go away. I used the product for one day and got 2 big sores on my neck. On each side of my neck there was a scab that took over a week to heal. DO NOT BUY! Dangerous scam product.

My Hizoo massage pillow only worked one time. I charged it and it worked the very first time. When I tried again, it did not even turn on. I then tried to use it while charging - still nothing. I tried numerous times and by the time I gave up, it was past the return date. Do not waste your money on this product. I would think a company would want their customers to be happy and not just say “you are stuck with a product that doesn’t work”.

Ordered over a month ago and never received the product. Their customer service is automated bot responses that keep telling you to wait longer and that your request has been escalated to the appropriate team. Their website says they are located in the USA but the product ships from China. Upon further investigation they are a Chinese owned company and a scam.

Do not purchase this product!! I have been waiting for over 2 months for the product to arrive. They have automated fluffy emails that tell you they are “working on it”. One response apologizing that the product didn’t ship and then minutes later another automated email with the old tracking number showing how it is stuck in transit. No human help at all. What a waste! I even received multiple emails asking us to review the product they we never received!

I ordered the neck massager for myself for Mother's Day. Here it is July 3rd, and still have not received the device, though according to the tracking information, it was delivered. I've been in contact with customer service and they said they'd investigate the non- delivery and get back to me with the findings. That never happened either. I've requested a refund and they've stopped responding to my request. They are a total SCAM. I'm so disappointed because it was a gift to myself, and the neck tension continues.
