I ordered this product on June 6, 2025 and still haven't received it. I have reached out to them multiple times and all they keep telling me is that it's in transit. It has been in transit since June 9th. It's comes from China per the tracking link but this long of a time for shipping is ridiculous! DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. They will not give you your money back.

I really love my Hizoo! It has helped with my eye bags and lymphatic draining in a noticeable way. I use it everyday now and highly recommend it!

I recently purchased the Hizoo neck and back massager and WOW — this thing is a game-changer. As someone who’s constantly on the go and often dealing with neck and back tension, I wasn’t expecting much… but after the first few uses, I could genuinely feel a difference. It mimics the feeling of a deep tissue massage and helps melt away the stress after a long day. The heat function is a nice bonus too! If you’re on the fence, don’t be — your body will thank you. I ordered this item thinking it would be helpful but instead it caused pain. I tried a few more times to see if it was normal amd my body would get used to it. After awhile it caused me a sore and now I have a scar. I also have constant neck pain so I’m hoping it didn’t cause irreversible damage. I tried to get a refund but since I was a few days over the 30 days they wouldn’t refund me. What a waste of money. I cannot recommend this product.

Great for people with braces getting adult braces and dealing with a lot of jaw soreness and facial tension. This massager has been rally helpful for managing that discomfort. The gentle pressure around my jaw area provides relief without interferering with my orthodontic treatment

I had a very disappointing experience with the Hizoo massager, which I believe is a total scam. The company behind it, Seerstone Co Limited, provided a product that feels cheap and poorly made, featuring plastic components without any padding between the plastic and the fabric. I returned the massager and confirmed via tracking that it was received by them on July 7, 2025. Unfortunately, their customer service is unresponsive; they seem to rely on automated bots for email communication, and their voicemail is always full. Despite returning the product, I have yet to receive my refund. I strongly advise against purchasing from them. I've also filed a claim with PayPal to try and resolve this issue.
