I don’t understand what the big deal about this thing is. I can tell you one thing my neck does not fit in it and I don’t have an extremely large neck. The base of my skull does and I don’t think that thing feels very good at all. Why bother trying to return it according to many of the reviews I’ve seen there very difficult how to make a quick buck apparently and screw the customers.

I was so excited to get my neck message as I have ongoing pain. I had an issue where I couldn’t get the position right and it was a bit uncontrollable. I reached out to customer care and response was immediate. I was offered a full refund and given a link to start the process. I really wanted suggestions on how to use the HiZoo messager in a way that would not cause pain. Their response again was very quick with great suggestions that I tried immediately . I am extremely grateful for such wonderful advice and quick response. It’s very hard to find great customer service these days. I’m very satisfied with the caring support that I received. Thank You So Much for solving my issue so quickly HiZoo!

Extremely painful! Awful costumer service! I tried to return on time but it showed error, the next they said i had to pay for shipping which was $40! Scam!

We are very happy with our purchase. I was alittle sceptical at first because of the price but it’s worth it. It’s really helps my shoulders and my neck pain. I do wish it would have came with the charging adapter, I had to buy the correct one.
