this aster was horrible I turned it right away after getting the email Its been months later I have not gotten my refund Maria constantly jerks me around to return I had to report this company to the BBB the attorney genera and the Federal trade commission they are horrible don't buy this crap its not good

The company has been so responsive and my massager is great. I have been using daily helping drain my head so much.

I FINALLY received my massager and am happy with it. I wish the top massage nodes were closer together to work at the base of the head. All in all it’s a great relief. This company must get a better customer service repertoire other than automated responses !!! I would give it 0 stars if able to. There is no way these reviews are real here! If so, then why don’t they contact me as a person not an AI generated email!! This so called company took $199 out of my account August 18 and today is Sept 10 and I have yet to receive it!! The latest date to deliver was Sept 4th. There is no customer service! Only automated emails which are AI generated! Pretty pathetic when it comes to spending $200. PayPal is on it.

I love my HiZoo. I use it everyday! It has helped my eyebags and general fluid backup in my neck and back. I recommend HiZoo to all my family and friends. It would make a terrific gift to the people you care about. I couldn’t be happier with the results from using this product.

I wrote a review because the company reached out and said I would receive a free product if I did. I wrote an honest 3 star review about how it didn’t help my tmj and arrived damaged but still “felt good” as a massager. The company said I needed to change the review to a 5 star. Their reviews are all bought and that is beyond disappointing. Also since using the machine my knots have gotten worse. Seems to be a common theme. I have submitted a dispute with my bank since the company doesn’t do returns and fraudulently pushes false info and bribed reviews

UPDATE: HiZoo has chosen to work with me to find a resolution for my device. They are offering to ship another HiZoo to me at no charge. Will update again when I have the new device. I had a poor experience with my unit and HiZoo. Ultimately, HiZoo made everything right with me.

The HiZoo massager is ergonomically well designed allowing relief on the neck and shoulders. Hoping this will help with headaches for my daughter! Looking forward to the lymphatic drainage, you call feel the release!

this massager does the trick. lymphatic drainage and neck/shoulder tension relief. it also helps me sleep, because of the heating function which has been very hard for me lately. wonderful product!
