Ever since expanding of datacenters, the quality of support has depreciated. Often too many times you get a response that makes it seem like they did not even read what you said. That was a big reason why I choose Hivelocity a few years ago. While the servers are still great (minus some issues attaching images using IPMI), support has room for improvement. I have faith things will get better as they are constantly working on their systems. Since I have started hosting with them they have implemented an API and modernized their control panel. In the end, Hivelocity is still the best datacenter around but I would just like to see support how it was 2 years ago too.

Experience has been fantastic so far - datacenter is well laid out, entering is quick and easy, and every issue I've experienced has been dealt with promptly and definitely to our satisfaction.

Never had better hosting. I've had zero downtime since switching a few years ago. Love the service.

The service is fast and efficient. When I had a problem one day the support installed a new server with everything needed which caused a very low time that the system was down

I'm from Brazil. The Tampa Route is perfect. Without a doubt Hivelocity is the best DataCenter I hired. Besides the incredible support by Chat, very fast, they resolve on the spot.
