Hivelocity HostingReviews of hivelocity.net

I have been a Hivelocity customer for over 5 years, I have some dedicated servers with them, and I have already referred Hivelocity to friends and customers. We are all very satisfied, Hivelocity is proof that it is possible to deliver high quality service every day of the year, with 100% uptime on the network, including during storms and hurricanes, already faced in the Florida data center, with no downtime recorded on our servers. Friends of Hivelocity, keep it up, you are the best.

The server needed to be restarted and your staff was fast and courteous.

Thank you best nice good service . Nice regards.

The Best server. Very good. Help center speed and professional

Their customer service is really good. Very responsive.

Awesome experience

I especially appreciate the very personalized service. In a business like this it is very easy to sign someone up, turn them on, and then make customer support as difficult to obtain as possible. Not the case here. Everyone I have ever dealt with at HiVelocity in our decade of business there has treated me like they really are personally concerned that I am successful in our business objectives. Outstanding!

The support (billing and technical) team have been superb. The team has always provided solutions and understood us with our issues when there was one.
