I had one small problem battery was dead and the remote control replaced it in this thing works great. When together super easy.. I advise anybody to buy the spring attachment makes things a lot easier. I will add more to this for you later when I get to use with my girlfriend this weekend.... I think is going to be a lot of fun and I hope it's the best she ever had.... For the woman gotta be like having sex with Superman if you ever had a dream about that!

Guys I’ve been on email for the last couple of days trying to resolve my issue they keep giving me false promises I was giving a Royal Mail dispatch number they told me my item was on its way Royal mail has told me the item hasn’t even been scanned as dispatched yet they’ve been lying so if your item does not come which I doubt it will don’t be surprised people When you give them good questions to answer about their self they get a little nasty if you like to put it but if you ask them about another item they’re so cute and nice and helpful because they think they’re getting more money out of you I have no issue spending money with people my issue is when people lie to me about my item why can’t they just say it will be here in two weeks end of story rather than tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow definitely next time I will be purchasing from a good resource You think you’re doing good by trying to save 10 £20 the stress alone is not worth it I feel so stressed out about this

I spent a good amount of time looking at different products of this variety on both this website and others and I found this to be the most appealing both for product quality and price point. After looking at what items I wished to purchase, I contacted customer support to make sure that all connectors, adapters, extra pieces, and toys would all work together and be the desired color at checkout. I definitely spent at least an hour, if not more, asking about individual items and just FAQ. Thankfully, they were willing to deal with me at length when I asked for extra information on products, shipping and cart information. Even when my purchase was made they still spent the extra time to answer my questions about shipping times and how it may or may not be affected by going through customs. Thank you very much to this employee that helped me through this process and with the extra aftercare. I am looking forward to receiving my order. :D

I was skeptical about spending this much money but the machine is a game changer. One attachment part was slightly defective and customer service was great they answered quickly and sent a new part right away.

I have to say that I was skeptical about ordering this machine. Glad I did! My partner and I find this product to be a fun addition to exploring new ways to add pleasure to our sex lives. We did have a problem with a part holding the leg together. It had broken but I may have tightened it too tight. Regardless, Edwin in customer service remedied this situation quickly by sending out a new part for free. We are very happy with this machine, it never tires out, it keeps going until you are satisfied. I highly recommend this product, you will be disappointed!

Excellent products and very friendly staff. I had a small problem with a product that replaced me for free and quickly. Recommended seller.

The chat they are always at night, because my time its different, but I found them always at there when i want to talk with them. Its the best place to buy, even better than alliexpress or alibaba.
