So I purchased a Hisense 75” TV in June guess what 2 months later I hear the volume but no picture. They sent a repair guy out with the part but they need another part. Hisense has inconvenient me for almost 3 weeks now instead of just sending me a replacement, instead I have to keep taking off of work and keep waiting on a tech to repair a 2 month old TV. Not happy at all.

TRASH
If you want, a p.o.s. TV that last 13 months, one month out of warranty in a room that it was barely ever used probably a dozen times at most and then completely quits functioning with a constant USB pop-up then this garbage is for you.

Broken stove 3 months after purchase
I bought a Hisense glass top stove 3 months ago. The heat sense light came on and stayed on. I was in the process of filing a claim with the company and waiting for a response and one night in the middle of the night the glass top shattered. I’m not sure what happened, if it overheated or what. But the company has terrible customer service. They refuse to fix or replace the stove saying it’s not covered under warranty. I literally have owned the stove for 12 weeks. I will never buy or recommend another Hisense product EVER!!!!!!

Hisense Air Conditioner is Junk
I purchased a Hisense 12K INU PAC APP 122 on 7/18/2026. This unit should be able to cool 650 sq ft. I am using it in a bedroom that is 80 sq ft. It is failing to cool this room. The setting is on Cool 61 degrees. It has not even brought the temperature down to 68 degrees. The temperature outside is 85 degrees. This unit is defective. I want my money back. I have been using a Toshiba 8000 BTU unit that cools the room down to 62 degrees in less than a half an hour. The Hisense unit that I bought is a piece of junk.

BEWARE.BUYER BEWARE — DOCUMENT EVERYTHING IF YOU BUY HISENSE
⭐ BUYER BEWARE — DOCUMENT EVERYTHING IF YOU BUY HISENSE
I normally give a company the opportunity to make something right before leaving a review, but the way Hisense has handled my warranty claim deserves to be documented publicly.
My 75-inch Hisense TV began power cycling — Hisense logo comes on, TV shuts off, restarts, and repeats. I contacted Hisense and opened a warranty claim while the television was still within its 3-year warranty period, which was confirmed during the process.
Here’s where it gets ridiculous.
When I opened the claim, I submitted PHOTOS AND VIDEO showing the television and the actual problem. THE SCREEN WAS NOT CRACKED. HISENSE HAS THAT EVIDENCE.
Hisense proceeded with the claim, ordered a part/system board, and scheduled a technician. Because this is a 75-inch wall-mounted TV, we had to remove it from the wall for service. It then took roughly two weeks for the part and technician appointment.
Now, AFTER all of that, Hisense says the television has an internally damaged LCD and is calling it “accidental/physical damage,” refusing to repair the TV.
Excuse me?
If physical damage caused my original problem, why did the original video show an intact screen while the TV was actively power cycling? Why was the claim accepted? Why was a part ordered? And why can’t Hisense establish that this alleged damage existed when I FIRST reported the failure?
Those are the questions I have asked Hisense to answer.
I have now formally disputed their determination and requested preservation and review of the original videos, photographs, call recordings, case notes, technician report, warranty verification, part order, service records, and claim timeline.
Incident H4393959.
This isn't about me demanding coverage for something I damaged and expecting a manufacturer to pay for it. I reported a malfunctioning television under warranty, provided video evidence of the malfunction and the TV's condition, and Hisense started the repair process.
Now the story has changed.
Consumers spend too much money on these televisions to receive this kind of warranty experience. If you're considering Hisense because of the advertised warranty, I strongly suggest researching how warranty claims are actually handled before making that purchase.
I will update this review publicly if Hisense Executive Customer Relations resolves the matter appropriately.
Until then: BUYER
