I got hit with a $125.00 transaction fee from my credit card company for a cross-border transaction after the fact. It would have been nice if a person had been made aware that this could happen and a person should check with your credit card company before a purchase. Had two inner tubes split open in the first one hundred twenty miles. Himiway said they would send new inner tubes for $9.00 for shipping each time. Purchased an extra battery for the Escape Pro for $550.00 and maybe cycled the battery five times and it quit taking a charge. That costs another $80.00 for the shipping per warranty rules. This is turning into one big money pit. Right now I am afraid to go more than ten miles away from home and I will be stranded on the roadside somewhere. I added a rear rack to carry the extra battery and other things, which shifted the center of gravity up high enough to make the Escape Pro very unstable. I could go on, but I will stop right here, not a happy camper.

No issues with bike at all The support helped twice quickly and to my satisfaction I am not mechanical and they talked me through the rough spots Bike is reliable and fun to ride Highly recommend

Love this bike! I really have no negatives other than recommending everyone to reprogram the power delivery. It just comes on too strong to start with and makes your eyes bug out! Not so good if you wear glasses! Otherwise it is a great bike with no issues at all.

I am 70 years old and I used to ride my regular bike around in my 50s and 60s but it became to be much harder to go as far. So I got my big dog and now I can go places I haven’t been in a long time .

I bought my himiway bike about 1 year ago. I've now had a chance to ride it more than 800 miles and I love it. My himiway has been such a joy to ride. I can go about 50 miles with pedal assist and about 30 miles on just the battery when I don't feel like peddling. I've had this on the beach, trails in the woods and regular bike paths in the neighborhood and have not had any issues. I love this bike and the bike rack makes transporting so easy. Highly recommend.

Well before I ordered my bike and rear rack bag I read that your service and customer was slow. I can honestly say that was not my experience. I love my products and ride my bike at least 6-10 miles per day. My bag is wonderful. I can leave the gym and go right to the grocery store and get groceries I need and it's a wonderful thing. Thank you Himiway.
