I just bought an e-bike and I was still able to benefit from the previous owner's warranty. My request for an accessory order was taken seriously and they were very busy finding a solution for sending the items as well as for a technical problem that will be resolved as appropriate. One of the two Himiway bikes I’ve owned for five years started making a buzzing sound in the motor, so I immediately contacted Himiway. Thanks to Freya, a member of the support team, the issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I ordered the recommended part, and within nine days, the bike was up and running again.
