I’ve had the escape bike for going on 5 years now. It’s the best bike I’ve ever owned. You can use pedal assist and go for extra long bike rides and see scenic views without being overly exhausted. On nice days I use this to take small trips to the store and use the throttle and use it as a moped. The battery last a fair amount. Charges fast. And goes pretty fast! This bikes is awesome!

Hi, hatte Probleme mit meinem Cruiser. Anhand eines kleinen Videos hat der Support erkannt was der Fehler ist (defekte Zahnräder im Motor. Dieser war in montiertem Zustand). Auf Nachfrage bekam ich die Adresse einer Werkstatt die mir das tauschen würde, aber auch ein Video mit dem ich es selbst tauschen kann. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Support. Es gab keine punkte die ich bemängeln kann. Sehr gerne immer wieder Himiway Grüße aus der Pfalz Fabio

I bought a Himiway Escape Pro last year. The bike is great and I’ve ridden hundreds of miles without issue. I also purchased matching accessories, and I’ve been very impressed with the quality of the products and the very helpful and friendly customer service. I can say I am really enjoying the bike. It's all I hoped for and more. I have taken it around the UK and I used it regularly. It's a really good work horse and is happy off and on road. I have taken it over the moors and it performed much better than my previous bikes. Everywhere I go people ask about it and I point out the merits to having a stable sturdy bike. I am certainly not planning to change it any time soon.

I live in Germany and unfortunately there is no Himiway service workshop in my area. My new A7 Pro had an engine problem and since a repair on site was not possible, I had to send the bike back. Leo supported me very well in the whole process and helped me a lot. I was even offered a full refund of the full purchase price, which I also accepted. This is very generous from Himiway, because I had used the bike for 4 months and had a lot of fun with it. I only had to bear the shipping costs, which I was very happy to do. I was very satisfied with the A7 Pro and would buy an eBike from Himiway again as soon as there was a Himiway service workshop in my area. So thanks again to Leo for the excellent service
