If I could give it Zero stars I would. What a scam of a company. After multiple measurements to make sure I ordered the right size, it was still way too small. I asked to exchange it and they had the gal to ask me if I could still keep it?!!? But for 15$ I could send it back. Also, NO WHERE does it say clearly that you don't get a battery pack with it. Apparently you have to purchase that separately but you can't buy it from them. All I can say is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Update: after more emails than it should have taken, I finally got an email to where I can return the product. The company doesn’t help you at all in returning it. They say it will take 15$ to return it but they don’t tell you, you also have to pay for returning it. AND that is if it makes it to the company. If you send it by USPS, it will run about 35$. Send it by Fed-Ex or UPS, expect to pay way more. Again they offered to return me a whopping 8$ to keep it. So infuriating. I will update if I ever get my money back.

This company was a complete disappointment across the board. The 6X fits like a medium. It doesn’t come with batteries or any sort of instructions. When I contacted customer service they offered an $8 refund so I didn’t have to pay international shipping to China. Complete waste of time and money.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Ordered a heated neck massager. The instructions are illegible - written in yellow on white paper in tiny writing - and don't make sense. When you do manage to work out what they are saying it doesn't work. Have asked on numerous occasions for full refund for faulty goods. AlI I get is an offer of a few pounds reduction in the full price and a statement saying that shipping the item back to China will cost us so much and they are doing this to save US money! Then they wish us 'Have a good day!' Still fighting to get any recompense. Would offer zero stars but no option above.

Absolutely rubbish , it’s not even certified and my order was totally broken, I was offered 10 USA compensation from manufacturers in China and now I have to pay to return it to China which is £17.00. AVOID this company!. £70 down the drain .

We ordered 3 heated vests and paid $15.99 for shipping, which made us think that these were shipping from the US. It took weeks to arrive and none of the vests fit any of us. In trying to return, it needed to go back to China on our dime, or rather $110 for shipping. Very disappointed in the items and being misled.

I ordered a flying ball toy. It was received in a bubble wrap envelope with the box partially crushed. It should have been packaged in a box. The ball turns on but does not work otherwise. It was $50 + almost $9 shipping. For a full refund they say I have to ship it back to China. This is similar to other reviews I have read. They offered to refund me $8.00. I am going to file a dispute with my credit card bank. Do not do business with this company!

SCAM! tried to return product and said it had to be shipped back to China so my “money back guarantee” would have been about $10 after $50-80 return shipping. None of this was in product description or return policy. Don’t waste time.

The gilets are advertised as unisex, but the design is narrow around the hips, so are more geared to male body shapes, rather than female. The sizing is also not consistent, as I bought 3 of the same size, in the same order and they are not identical in sizing. They come from Asia and it took nearly a month to arrive.
