I ordered two heated vests Dec 15 for a Jan birthday gift. I received an email stating the order was being processed. Received another email with a tracking number which I kept looking at but nothing was advancing. Holidays came and went and nothing so I emailed Hilipert and the response was that it was delivered. Not to me it wasn’t. Another email to them, waiting…..

I purchased a heated vest. When I finally recieved it I ordered a large they sent a 2XL. And the zipper was broken. I emailed the company they sent me an email on how to try to fix the zipper and said there sizes run small. No way. It was way to big and the zipper is broken. Emailed them pictures the second time. They offered for me to send it back but I would have to pay freight and the freight charge was more than the original cost of the vest. So I contacted my credit card company to have the charge taken off. So now I recieved a letter from my cc company and they put the charge back on my card saying they have a no return policy. Never buy from this company!

Bought a heated vest which was supposed to be a men’s large but fit like a women’s medium. It arrived way too late for Christmas as it shipped directly from China, it appears cheaply made—not a “puffy” vest at all, and when I attempted to return it I was offered $8 for this $70 purchase to save my troubles on the return. It turns out that is about how much I would get back shipping it all the way back anyway. Now I am left with this cheap vest and $8 for my troubles. I would discourage anyone from buying from this company.

I ordered a vest and they delivered the wrong size. I contacted the company and they stated I needed to pay for shipping. They stated if I don't return it they would refund me $8 since shipping would be between $50 and $80 dollars. Total scam!!! Avoid any purchases

Ordered 3 different sized vests. The tags had 3 different sizes on them but they were all the same size. 1 didn’t work at all and one had broken zippers. They offered me 15$ to rectify the situation or I had to pay shipping to ship them back. Complete scammers , stay away.

Do not be Fooled heat Vest look nothing like the description. £150 for 3 heated vest too small XL2 fit a child Counterfeit Had to purchase battery Pack separately at the cost of £30 each can get similar pound shop 🇬🇧. Had send the whole lot back to China out of pocket. Luckily I got my money back through PayPal resolution.

When I received my order the vest was defective. To return they say will cost $50-$80 but will give me a $8 refund. Never order from this company. Also future reference be sure you are not purchasing from a Company in China.

The product did not work; the heating was SOOO minimal!! And we couldn't keep the heating element consistently working. This product is a scam; POOR quality!! DO NOT BUY!!! Sadly, they offered a $15 refund to back their crap product. They do not even deserve a 1.0. Where is the 0?!!!!
