Boy, I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered this vest. Same as the experience of many others. Ordered the vest, was charged for extra battery. Wrong size. When I contacted the company via the same email they responded to me, no response. It's been about 2+ weeks. It seems they have no intention to respond. I guess this is a good reason to order on amazon so the return is covered. Really sad. I will be looking into making a more formal complaint.

Terrible company! They lie! They sent me a vest no battery and wrong size! they say on there website 24/7 response another lie i sent 3 emails and have yet to get a response. guess i was swindled

I ordered a heated vest. Poor quality materials and bad workmanship. It is lacking in wires i:e there is one in the neck, two in the back, a bunch under the left arm pit mostly due to the power switch and nothing in the right front. Those in existence are not held in place. Nothing like the grid formation show in the online pictures. The fabric in the neck offers no protection and even on the lowest setting is chuffing hot. DO NOT BUY

Wish I could give negative stars. I purchased the neck massager and paid $9.99 shipping from Flushing, NY. Fortunately I read the safety sheet while it was charging it and learned it was a safety hazard to pacemakers. I have an implanted pacemaker! No where in the advertisement did it state it could not be used with a pacemaker, the ad also gave me no clue the product was from China. Anyway, to return it could only be done by sending it to China for $50-$80 shipping. Multiple emails gained me nothing. A friend tried it and it only worked intermittently. Adding insult to injury, my daughter tried it and it shocked her. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

My jacket never arrived. First tracking number didn't work then new tracking number falsely stated my jacket had been delivered "Through the letter Box!!!!!" It wasn't....obviously. Complete rip off.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I received a defective neck massager. The light turns on but massager does not work. Company offered me $8.00 to keep the product since it would cost me "$50-80 to ship it back to their warehouse. Sixty-nine dollars gone. Such horrible customer service. Now, I will throw away the massager. :(

Like everyone else who has posted a review my experience has been the same. I ordered two heated vests having been taken in by what appeared to be a British company. They arrived without any instructions whatsoever and no indication of how to return them. I tried to heat them with a battery port but although it lit up initially, within seconds nothing. Also size was not as described. I agree that this is a complete scam and the company should be banned from trading.

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I was sucked in and believed it was a British Company. It isn’t. The goods come direct from China. And what you see on the website is not what you get. They say the jackets are heated from the sides, back and neck. They are only heated from the back. As with the previous review no battery pack. We tried unsuccessfully to plug it into a USB port but it didn’t heat up. I asked for full refund for defective goods, they said money back only within 30 days which is a joke considering it takes three weeks to get to Britain then Evri took another three weeks to deliver. I was also offered 15 dollars. I have taken photos of the jacket I received and can prove it only heats up from the back. Stick to Amazon. At least you stand a better chance of getting your money back. I ordered this back in November as a Xmas present for my Husband. Very much regret my decision to order from this company and hope this information will stop somebody else from making the same mistake.
