Ordered 2 pair of heated gloves, neither pair work. Changed the batteries, no change to the gloves. Contacted customer support that requested a video. They agreed to the non operation of the gloves. Offered $8 refund per pair OR ship them to us for 50-80$( on your dime). Probably 50% of that shipping cost is their profit. Reply was sent, offered improved to $30. I used Google maps to locate the building addresses from their web site. Spread all over Hong Kong. This company is a complete scam!! I'm usually hesitant buying online but the reviews were excellent and you could only purchase through their website. I won't send them back because its throwing good money after bad. What a horrible business this is.

Scamming thieves beware !

Looks like everyone is having the same experience. It is very disappointing to hear this. I ordered 4 heated vest and 4 batteries costing right around $400. took forever to get, wrong size, came from China and of course was told I have to pay to return. I first they offered me $15 to keep and then $35 to keep. I asked them why they thought I should first off pay to return when THEY sent the wrong size and then why I would pay almost $400 and take their $35.00 to keep when they are no use to me. I am sending everything back and will see what happens, but they are a SCAM for sure and I wished I would have checked into them more before I order from them. I will be contacting the Attorney General

This company can improve itself by stop scamming people who order the items ,that are junk,wrong sizes, doesn't do as they claim.Then tell you it's your cost to return the items at a ridiculous amt. I too had ordered 2 heated vests , can't click on their dam link to get answers .They are crap quality n wrong sizes n no battery comes with ,they caused my acct to be locked on suspicion n was 2 different companies my bank told me .And I googled who sells good heated vest n Hilipert came up ,so yes I want my refund n going to the Attorney General ,Google n Mark Zuckerberg to get them off of here! Just sick of this crap.......

As others have said, this company is a JOKE & a SCAM. I ordered the neck massager for my wife 2 weeks ago, and when they told me my package had shipped and more info would be coming, the tracking numbers they sent did not work and take you to a shady website that locks up your computer. I e-mailed them to get more information only to find out that since it is international shipping (coming from China) I needed to allow for an additional 10-20 working days for shipping. No where does it say that when you are checking out. In fact I was expecting it 2 days ago when I checked out. Run away from this fake company.

The product doesn't work. No way to charge it. I ordered a large Mens and received a 2XL Womans instead. It arrived late so I couldn't give it as a gift even if I wanted to. They will not respond to my emails. Do not buy. Total scam.

I ordered 2 vests for $132. They do not heat. When I tried to return, they offered $15 instead of sending them back. I declined and they offered $25. I declined and they gave me an address in China to ship them back for a full refund. I doubt I will receive anything and probably won't bother to ship them.

I ordered 3 heated vests as Christmas presents. Ordered in Nov and did not receive until Dec 19th. Wrong sizes, poor quality and I have tried to contact customer service but get no reply. Vest will not even heat up. I am just out $150 but have learned a lesson I hope. DO Not buy from this company!!!!!
