Doesn’t work unless plugged in. Customer has to pay to ship it back for a refund which would have cost $400 through UPS OR $130 through USPS for a $70 refund. Wasted $70!!!

Don’t like these glasses. Front heavy, not adjustable and no size options were given. Inferior material. Bifocal line is right at my line of vision. Waste of $50.00 Also no info in packaging for return policy and no contact back from the company to see how I liked the glasses

I had ordered 2 Sherem DNA Helix Hummingbird Feeders from this company. One came with missing parts to complete assembly and the other was cheaply made and hard to put together. I’ve sent numerous emails since June 5, 2023 REQUESTING the missing parts and still haven’t received them. Don’t ever order from them. How to report them? Update!!! 7/08/23 I just received 2 hummingbird feeders in the mail yesterday to replace the ones damaged/missing parts sent in May/June. Still not good quality for what I paid for them.

The neck massager is junk. It is fragile plastic that stopped holding a charge after its 2nd use. I emailed the company and they said they only accepted refunds if product was unopened. Additionally I would have to ship it to China at my expense. This company is a scam. Please beware and avoid them!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I bought two for presents based on some BS review listing them as #1. First it took over a month and a half for them to arrive. Neither vest works as advertised. They get a little warm around the back of the neck, but hardly noticeable. I've read horror stories about customer service and returns so I'm not going to waste my time trying to return them. I'll just chalk it up as a $110 lesson learned.

Purchased a heated jacket, then tried to purchase the battery charger that goes with it and realised they were not contactable in any way, and I did try. Dawned on my I had been scammed, so had to contact my bank and thank goodness the person I got to talk to was very helpful, have to wait until it is no longer a pending payment and then the bank will reimburse me. thank goodness. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY- HILIPERT.

Ordered two medium vests. Received two extra large. They refuse to exchange them without me paying for international shipping to return the vests, international shipping to have the new vests sent to me and a $25 fee. Terrible customer service and disreputable. Avoid at all costs.
