Quando comecei a usar Higlobe a diferença entre a cotação ao vivo do dólar e o que a Higlobe usava pra conversão era praticamente igual, agora eu noto que a cotação do dólar tem ficado abaixo da cotação ao vivo. A taxa de spread diminuiu, mas a cotação usada pra conversão piorou. Estou editando meu review porque recebi uma resposta da Higlobe falando que a cotação tem tempo real só segue o mercado entre 9h e 17hs e pra consultar alguns sites que foram sugeridos. Eu fiz minha última transação antes das 17hs e a cotação que comparei no momento foi do site do UOL cotações e a cotação do site da Higlobe estava defasada em relação à cotação do UOL. Se houver algum outro site mais confiável pra eu acompanhar daqui pra frente, gostaria de saber, porque a impressão que dá é que há uma diferença proposital. Quando migrei pra Higlobe há uns meses atrás não havia essa diferença.

The best payment services platform Higlobe does a great job of simplifying the experience of getting paid across borders. It's easy, it's fast, and you don't pay high fees. All I have to do is create a recipe directly through WhatsApp, and my money is available within minutes (if not seconds!). So the platform is overall great, but so is the customer service. Every time I had to talk to my account manager, I was able to, and they fixed whatever the issue was so quickly. I've switched from another platform, which I used for the past 4 years or so, and I don't think I'll ever look back.
