Too small in spite of following sizing directions
I followed the sizing directions precisely for a 34 inch belt line measured with a leather belt in place; ordered a small slim grip padded belt and medium 1.75 inch cobra rigger belt. Perhaps I was on that borderline, where sizing is questionable, as the medium slim grip belt would have overlapped, not good. After the belts were assembled it was apparent they were too short. Thru no fault of HSGI I have gear I can't use.

2 Tacos not in stock?
I have been using off the shelf Tacos for years but wanted a very specific set of items that I mistakenly assumed I should get factory direct. It wasn't until 4 weeks went by with my order still showing as 'processing' that I scoured my email and found a message in my spam folder saying it will take 6-8 weeks for 2 tacos and a med pouch. Nearly $300US. Looks like cheap Amazon rip-offs after this

Thank you for your review, as the manufacturer we do make all orders to order, due to a large influx of government orders we do currently have a longer than normal lead time. You can reach out to us at any time, and we are more than happy to assist you with finding that gear through a dealer that has that in stock. You can always call us at 910-325-1000 or email us at [email protected] and we are always happy to help.

Overall
Buying was fine. Follow up was not. To check the status on my invoice email, the link is broken. Also when trying to reset my password, it is not working for me. I have no idea how to check the status of my order. Kind of makes me wonder if this is legit or not.

Thank you for your review, I do apologize if the link does not work if you copy that tracking into the carrier selected it will provide the tracking, I have also sent you a password reset. If you need any further assistance, please email [email protected].
